Cable Length & Routing Optimization

We provide flexible length customization (±0.5 mm tolerance) to match enclosure geometry, reduce internal stress, and support precise routing within constrained mechanical spaces. Length-matched pairs are supported for differential signals.

Signal Pin Mapping

Our engineers adapt pin definitions to meet your PCB layout, connector orientation, or reversed FPC insertion design. We offer cross-pinning, signal reordering, and partial bus isolation (e.g., splitting LVDS and touch lines) as part of our customization workflow.

Connector Selection & Orientation

We support a wide range of standard and non-standard connectors from Hirose, I-PEX, Molex, JST, and others. Right-angle, vertical, bottom-contact, and ZIF/LIF-compatible options are available. Connector orientation and retention force can be tuned per application.

Manufacturing Standards & Engineering Controls

All custom cables are manufactured under controlled conditions using IPC/WHMA-A-620 compliant processes. We adhere to strict dimensional tolerances, insulation handling protocols, and crimping specifications to ensure mechanical integrity and consistent signal performance across all production batches.

Shielding continuity, tensile strength, and pin alignment are verified during prototype validation and production QC. Where required, we support flame-retardant sheath materials (UL 94V-0) and temperature-rated insulators for industrial or medical-grade applications. Optional strain relief and mechanical retention features can be added upon request to meet vibration, flex, or insertion force specifications.

Quality Verification & Compliance

To ensure electrical and mechanical conformity, every custom cable undergoes multi-stage verification:

  • Electrical Continuity Testing (per net)

  • Pin-to-Pin Cross Verification

  • Impedance Validation for high-speed pairs (on request)

  • Hi-Pot Dielectric Strength Test (as required)

  • ESD & Contact Resistance Check for sensitive interface lines

All materials are RoHS and REACH compliant, and we provide full material traceability and first-article inspection (FAI) reports upon request. For automotive or medical applications, we can accommodate PPAP documentation, serialized lot tracking, and extended burn-in test routines.

Yes. We provide impedance-matched cables for LVDS, MIPI DSI, USB, and other high-speed differential pairs. Controlled routing, shielding, and dielectric selection are validated during the design and sample stage.

At minimum, we require the display or board pinout, target cable length, connector types, and signal definitions. CAD drawings, mechanical constraints, or existing cable samples are also helpful for fast and accurate development.

Yes. We support hybrid assemblies that combine display data, touch, backlight control, or sensor lines into one cable—improving internal space efficiency and assembly speed.

All cables are produced using RoHS and REACH compliant materials. For medical or automotive use, we offer additional documentation such as UL certifications, PPAP, and full traceability.
