Developing a custom display with RJY Display is a straightforward process, divided into six distinct stages to ensure clarity and efficiency. It’s important to note that certain customizations may necessitate a minimum order quantity (MOQ) and incur non-recurring engineering (NRE) charges. The MOQ varies depending on the complexity and type of display; for example, fully custom TFT displays may require MOQs ranging from 2,000 to 5,000 units, while modified standard TFTs with customized features typically have lower MOQs of tens to hundreds. We are committed to transparency and will provide detailed estimates upfront, ensuring you are fully informed and free from concerns about hidden fees.

We begin by thoroughly understanding your specific display requirements, including dimensions, resolution, brightness, color accuracy, and intended application. This foundational step ensures that our solutions align perfectly with your project’s needs.

2. Design and Development
